Refunds and returns policy

Vue d’ensemble

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Many types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Cartes cadeaux
  • Logiciels téléchargeables
  • Certains articles de santé et de soins personnels

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Livre présentant des signes évidents d’utilisation
  • CD, DVD, cassette VHS, logiciel, jeu vidéo, cassette ou disque vinyle qui a été ouvert.
  • Tout article qui n’est pas dans son état d’origine, qui est endommagé ou auquel il manque des pièces pour des raisons qui ne sont pas dues à notre erreur.
  • Tout article retourné plus de 30 jours après la livraison.

Retours

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all these things and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only originally priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Echanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to : {physical address}.

Cadeaux

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

Retours d’expédition

To return your product, you must send it by mail to {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
