Delivery (deadlines, returns, etc.)
In general, we make our shipments twice a week.
During the festive season (Christmas, Father’s Day, etc), we try to send our orders 3 times a week, always prioritising orders with express delivery.
Please note that we are located in a small village and our post office is sometimes “exceptionally” closed as we like to learn in the morning when we arrive, which can sometimes delay the shipment a little 😉
Moreover, we repeat, this is a complementary activity and we are not always able to meet this deadline. So please be patient, we are working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Remember that we are not Amazon, we have no employees or logistic service telling you the steps of your order by email or sms (only the payment confirms that your order is done). However, we always do our best and we are convinced that the quality of our product in your hands will always make up for the wait.
Regarding returns, if the product does not meet your expectations (except for customised products), you can return it within 15 working days of receiving your package. We can then take back your order and reimburse you (the return costs remain at your charge).
